Easy and convenient online check in and check out. Room was clean, smelled fresh, well stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had a large dining area. Kids loved the pool. Great price!
The hotel is run-down. The elevator was not working. However, the room was spacious and clean. Better than places I have spent more on. The breakfast is nice. Again better than places I have spent more money to stay. Pool is clean but liner is discoloured and tiles on the deck could be replaced. The staff was friendly and helpful.
First, the staff at check in was great. The location was very handy to the Hockey rink. The room is ok, but had a musty smell.
Disappointed in my room, as tap dripped all night. The laminate floor was loose in the room, sticking up slightly, which felt uncomfortable to walk on and squeaked. Room was clean though and young lady at the desk was extremely helpful and I noted she was going above and beyond her job, I suspect, by mopping the foyer floor. A trying job, because of the weather this time of year, but appreciated
3 star hotel that lived up to expectations. Elevator was warned about right after booking a few weeks in advance many times via email and text, and i understand how helpless a place with a busted elevator can be when at the mercy of elevator companies... so no suprises and it was fine to deal with. And great location by the base.
Hotel was easy to find. So happy they accept dogs. Though the elevator was broke which they did notify us of after booking. The room was clean. The breakfast was great and staff were friendly. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!
Absolutely delightful staff. Breakfast staff are kind and greeted people as they walked in. Tables were cleaned promptly and efficiently. Receptionist when we checked in were great and communication was professional. Ella was extremely kind to me and my children. We will definitely be rebooking again soon.
